Renato @ Florida; I bought and started learning to play guitar about two years ago, a bit late in life (I am 39). Still a beginner, but motivated and inspired by Fil and other 'bedroom rockers'. I've been posting a few videos here and sound bites on soundcloud, as sort of a logbook with snippets of how my playing (hopefully) evolves, and it may help inspire others who love music to take an instrument, practice, play, and have fun.     Nice job again Renato. I missed this one as I haven’t been on for a few days, busy working 🙁 I can’t believe how your playing has come on. watch out Fil 🙂

      Hi Rob, thanks for watching, I’m glad you liked it! Yeah, there’s this work thing that distracts us 🙂
      If I get to play well enough to be able to jam with Fil and others here in of of the get-togethers that will happen one day, I’ll be happy 🙂

    Nice, I love this old song and haven’t listened to it for ages but you have brought it back to life for me 🙂 And I cant see anything wrong with your vibrato really but it doesn’t matter with playing guitar because no matter how good you get you will always feel you can do better… Guitar is a constant learning curve

      My vibrato is much better than it was a few months ago (and I’m pretty happy about that!). What I mean is there’s still a lot of room to improve – and that’s cool too, once you take pleasure in learning, being on a constant learning curve is fine 🙂

      Hah, cool, I’m flattered! One day I’ll get this vibrato right 🙂

      (Might be difficult to make out the finger positions, but the intro/solo are basically D pentatonic minor)
