The Orbiter Fuzz feeds an extremely musical F-Face style circuit into a smooth overdrive to produce singing fuzz tones that stand out in the mix and hold up in your hands. Our take on this vintage circuit follows the pure lineage of Arbiter to Diaz to SoloDallas.
On the Face:
- FUZZ: Controls the overall amount of fuzz by shifting the shape of the signal’s waveform from triangular to square as the knob is turned clockwise.
- GAIN: Increases the amount of signal entering the overdrive circuit as the knob is turned clockwise, allowing the signal to be pushed into harmonic clipping for ultra-smooth fuzz tones.

BIAS: Increases voltage to the matched pair of silicon transistors as it is turned clockwise, unleashing a wide range of vintage fuzz tones. Lower voltages produce spitty Black Keys responses, whereas higher voltages generate smooth American Woman tone.
Under the Hood
- Vintage Power Emulation: Internally converts modern wall power to emulate the draw and sag of a vintage carbon zinc battery.
- Sweet Spot Control: Internal mini pot adjusts the input signal to perfectly match pickup impedance. Easily accessed by removing the back cover.

Drag Control: Internal mini pot adjusts the attack from slow to fast as it is turned clockwise. Easily accessed by removing the back cover.
