Warranty Claim Process:

For all warranty claims, please contact order@solodallas.com. Customers are responsible for shipping the defective pedal back to SoloDallas for inspection. Once the defective unit has been received and inspected, SoloDallas will ship a replacement unit at no additional cost. SoloDallas covers the shipping costs for the replacement pedal.
