Renato @ Florida; I bought and started learning to play guitar about two years ago, a bit late in life (I am 39). Still a beginner, but motivated and inspired by Fil and other 'bedroom rockers'. I've been posting a few videos here and sound bites on soundcloud, as sort of a logbook with snippets of how my playing (hopefully) evolves, and it may help inspire others who love music to take an instrument, practice, play, and have fun.       Thanks, Franz! Yeah, it is a different kind of fun when you don’t worry about how you are playing and just go with it. Can’t say I’m there all the way yet, but I’m getting glimpses of it 🙂

    You are gonna go sooooooo fast when you get a tube amp on the other end of that SG, and you feel the UMMPHH.
    You’re a rolling snowball on a steep field of fresh snow, just buildin’ up all the way !

    Wow Renato, wasn’t here for quite long and I can tell you honestly that progress is fuckin big. And I love your guitar’s color, so If I was around your town then “lock up your guitar” ! 🙂 Pozdrock!

      Pawel, sir, thanks for watching, glad to see you back!
      Yeah, not too long ago my fingers couldn’t get this riff anywhere near right – they’d would mute strings, couldn’t switch fast enough, etc. It is so cool when it starts feeling more natural to play.
      I love the color too, part of what pushed me over the edge to buy it 🙂
