- Original Packaging: Place all contents in their original packaging and secure with clear packing tape before applying the return label.
- Shipping & Liability: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including liability for lost or damaged packages.
- Refund Details: Refunds cover the product purchase price and taxes, excluding the initial shipping costs and any non-refundable duties if applicable.
- Inspection Process: Upon receipt, products are visually inspected and audio tested. Once accepted, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.
