That’s great, I’m not really happy with my current VHS rip. I needed this on DVD, its truly one of the best if not the best shows I have ever seen. This show describes every bit of AC/DC, this show is the essence of Rock. I was born 20 years to late so see AC/DC on their top.

Yeah, right. Will make a little viewing party with some friends, eventually. At least I’ll celebrate it πŸ™‚

I’ve worn my VHS to DVD copy out,

Been wanting this for ever now, consider this thing bought day one.

    Classic Bon all the way,

-Interviewer- “Are You AC or DC?”

-Bon- “Neither. I’m The Lightning Bolt In The Middle.”

    Never get’s old.

    Hi Fil,
yes, it`s the same with me. As i heard them for the first time, i became a fan imidiately.
Like you i was interested in guitarplaying then.
I bought myself a Gibson SG copy from “Yamato”, even with Bigsby. I plugged the guitar in a very old guitaramp(??) of Hohner with midijacks, terrible sound !! And for a little bit of crunch i had to crank that thing all the way up and earned the anger of the neighbours ((-: But playing guitar was hard to me and wasting time with friends was so much easier that i stopped playing guitar after a short while, baaad. I could play a lot more and better if i went on learning to play guitar, but i can`t turn back time and now it is like it is.

Franz, you know what, i had also a cassetteplayer and also that Back In Black cassette, but in orange instead of black.
I would like to buy the Back In Black record, but it was totally sold out, so i decided to buy a tape. I`m very happy, i still have that orange tape.

        Hi Franz,
oh you didn`t see this ??
This is the most fantastic historical video of the band. It reflects the time of ACDC with Bon Scott more than any other video or interview. At this time the movie came out, i had already been a fan of ACDC and i went two or three times to the cinema to see this great fantastic movie. As you can imagine it is even more fantastic on the big cinema screen !

Yes, I missed it and yes, it hurts πŸ™‚ I’m a fan since 1981 or so, when my grandpa baught me a little mono tape recorder and I chosed that cool black thing with the white bolt on it as my very first tape cassette πŸ™‚ They didn’t saw me again for the rest of the day, listened over and over to the tape πŸ˜€
So I missed the time before BiB, and later I couldn’t find the video anywhere. Now it will be a big day for me when I watch it finally πŸ™‚

I saw it at the movie theater, right when it came out. At that time, I remember being already as into them as today. It’s hard to believe, but I had already started studying songs, looking for guitars etc. Still, I had NEVER seen them other than in pics on magazine, and heard them on record. Nothing else. So when I saw the movie, that was a shock. I did expect a lot of energy – after all, I had been listening to “If you want blood” Glasgow 1978 for at least two years. Every day, night and day. I would listen to AC/DC before I fell asleep. My dad had bought me the Sony Walkman in the US. My story with AC/DC goes so deep and back in my life that I just know it will be like this forever for me. They are like family to me. And I have never met them and probably never will. Which doesn’t hurt me. I am already very happy as it is, and I am just one of the many millions who feels like this πŸ™‚

That sounds very familiar πŸ™‚ Their music goes along with my whole life, and there’s a song for almost every remembrance. Had a time where I was seriously ill, spend almost a year in the hospital. Together with a little stereo tape recorder and my AC/DC tapes. Yeah, they are also like a family or just like good old well-known friends for me πŸ™‚
