Fan of SoloDallas since 2006 =)
I'm living in Germany, and a huge AC/DC fan since 2005! Never saw them live, but I'd love to...
Bought recently a 1979 JMP, lovin' it!!!
And, of course, I'm checking SD.net at least 20 times per day =)

I can imagine that would take a while. If I’m not mistaken, mine will only be traveling from Calif. To Oregon. He might have been backed up when you got yours to… We’ll see;)
Recorded using an sm57 ?
My advice would be to back the mic (whatever it is) off a bit to get a little more equal sound (right now it seemed a little overloaded with bass frequencies)
Sounds super sweet nonetheless! Sounds like rock’n’roll!
thanks =) yeah, I did not really take enough time to set everything up quite properly… and yeah, SM57.
to me it sounded way too bright before editing, maybe the converting process changed the sound…
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think the BX has greenbacks, and then the HW has Vintage Moderns, whilst the regular 1960 has G12T-75s. All are great speakers.

Posted at 05:05h, 06 FebruaryKev, for doing a demo it sounded fine. Of course it would have to be fine tuned for a song recording. 8)
No worries man…
What you DID do is make the pins and needles sharper for me to sit on until I get mine!!!! ๐
How long was the wait time from order to arrival???
Kev
