Nice cover! The sound is pretty close and timing is great. I’ve got a question though – how is that your VS6 has the same binding and tone knobs as Gibson? Is this a different model from the one Vintage produces now? Cause I’ve got the VS6 and it looks differently, even the plate covering the truss rod is plain. And what’s your bridge pickup?

Not sure, mine is just stock as I got it, haven’t changed anything except the nut

That’s weird. My looks like this: http://www.jhs.co.uk/vintageelectric/vs6large.jpg. And I couldn’t find anything on why it’s different.

Only thing different on mine is the binding colour and the truss rod cover as far as I can tell, and maybe the knobs? Maybe I got an older model or something?

Yes, you’re right – binding, truss rod cover and knobs are different. I’m interested, because I really like the look of this white Gibson-style binding and can’t find out why my guitar doesn’t have it. That’s a little mystery. Anyway, thanks for reply ;).
