07 May “Dumble Overdrive Special” Demo: Fascinating to say the least.
I am completely blown away by this guy. This video and his sound, playing are addictive to me.
The Dumble is an extremely expensive amp, in the several thousands – dozens – dollars. Much speculation, awe and criticism is always around these amps.
Listen for yourself. Player is incredible.

Posted at 12:41h, 08 MayWow, I got totally absored in the playing… I’m definitely stealing some of this stuff to use the next time I’m testing an amp or a guitar!

I need some help. I would like to learn Ride On solo, but I don’t have your old tutorial. Would you re upload it? And if you have those trying out/comparing videos with 67,68 SGs, and with the black les paul. I miss those since I’ve unfortunately formatted them :/
BTW I think I have nailed some Highway To Hell tone(80%) in Amplitube 3. I found out, that I’ve started making funny faces because of the tone, like you :D. It’s a basic AC/DC tone, it’s good for Gone Shootin too, and maybe a bit dark to BiB. It’s the best with headphones, but great with using my Marshall MG 15W amp as a cabinet.
So would you upload them if you still have these?
Grazie!

Posted at 00:16h, 08 MayWhen I hear this, I immediately think at Joe Bonamassa. The sound is a bit like his Marshall Jubilee and other ones. Love the sound! I saw Bonamassa wednesday in Antwerp. Amazing player! Greetz

Posted at 23:15h, 07 MayThis is, somehow, I cant describe it. Its just an epic sound, maybe due to the background sonic sound but all in all this sounds like heroic sonic whatever. Im not really a fan of this sonic space sound but in this case its just awesome, however im writing the same over and over.
Epic sound.

Posted at 22:34h, 07 MayThere are several reasons, I don’t know them really.
Basically, they are rare. Mr. Dumble is said to be an eccentric individual as well. I don’t think components account for the price, although I think some parts are made in gold.

Posted at 22:41h, 07 MayAnd so are Mr. Dumbles water-taps too ๐
Nah, just kidding, didn’t knew them…but 10k$ for an amp seems just overprized for me.

Posted at 23:03h, 07 MayAh, so he probably has golden toilet seats too ๐
Well, one kilo gold costs about 32.000 Euros actually. Maybe the amp is made out of pure gold ๐

Posted at 05:34h, 08 MayThat explains it! They just covered the gold in tolex! aha!

Posted at 15:37h, 10 MayLOL, great ๐ But where do I plug in my guitar?
rjofig
Posted at 16:14h, 10 MayYeah, it should have an amp embedded in it – waste no chance to practice ๐ Conan is a guitar player, he should have thought of that ๐

Posted at 16:19h, 10 MayMaybe he had a prototype with an amp in it and fell off the seat while rocking too hard ๐
