thanks so much man! yea i’m lovin the 57 classics, theres something about them. this 61 SG has become by go to guitar simply bc of the sound! it took a bit of fiddling to get this to sound the way i wanted, i.e. mic placement and different settings, i usually keep the tone shift button OUT, deep switch was OUT for this one and i usually keep it IN. bass was set to 2, treble n middle were at like 4? lead 1 channel, gain was at 2.5ish, thats about it 🙂
Nice one Ryley! Those 57 Classics are sounding great! I swapped mine for a Burstbucker Pro put I think I’m gonna put my 57 back in ASAP. I find it does “IT” better than any other pickup I’ve tried so far and I’ve tried at least 4 or 5 in the past year or so.
