Posted at 13:14h, 10 OctoberHey Fil, are you using Guitar Rig in this? It sounds fantastic whatever it is you’re using. Im thinking about getting guitar rig 4 mobile just for practise and recording. Once i start doing regular gigs, then i’ll finally buy myself a plexi or jmp. Until then i still my Marshall Class 5

Posted at 14:00h, 10 OctoberYes bro’. Was using GR3.1, which was nothing where GR4 is. The patch I was using here was the “hiwatt” one, which was closer to Plexis than the plexi in gr3.x for sure. There’s some white noise in there…

Posted at 13:13h, 14 Octoberah cool, still sounded great i must say. GR 4 must be really quite good then.
One question, what do you think of guitar rig 4 mobile? Some people are saying it’s nothing like GR4 Pro in terms of sound quality and latency etc. I know there aren’t as many amp models, but would there actually be any tonal differences between the two?
BTW i don’t have a sound card, so i need an interface which is why i was considering GR4 Mobile, and i dont want to shell out for GR4 Pro as it’s only gonna be for practise and a bit of recording.
