Your name is now Superthundermal, hahaha (-:
Very good playing and nice cool great Gretsch sound. Sometimes i play this song, too, but unfortunalety i have no Gretsch. With the SG it sounds too dirty. Maybe, one day i buy myself this Signature Gretsch, because i like it very much to play rhytm sections.
Thank you very much Ant!! =)
(Im currently doing another take of the Shoot To Thrill Rhythm part with this Preset. I’ll send it to you in the next time and maybe you like it more than the other and it works better with your sound ;))
Thats it dude!! I didn’t count it, but there are at least one dozen different variations of the beginning riff =) Unbelievable what is doable with one simple chord!
Thank you so much Fil! Means a lot to me! =)
I have to say that I have noticed that since you have this site, you express yourself much more in terms of movement and “freaking outs” (or so) I love this! xD
Don’t worry about freakin’ out. It’s natural to do it. I just don’t in my videos due to stage fright. π It doesn’t matter if it’s a stranger, the Wife, our the record button. I go stiff. (no innuendo intended π )
Haha, yeah, I definitely relate to that! I hope one day to learn to freak out – Snook, you’ve clearly learned that, more power to you, man!
(The camcorder, in particular, mean bugger with its cold, still stare and its way of not cutting you *any* slack on mistakes π
I love it, when I’m in the mood. But I have to know the chords and all the playing things blindly, otherwise I’m too concentrated to get the playing right π
So yeah, it’s cool to freak out, hehe π
